In early April, activists from Russian America for Democracy organized a picket in support of Evan Gershkovich - an American journalist from the WSJ. During the event the activists handed out flyers to passersby about Freedom Birds for Ukraine. Evan Gershkovich is currently being held in a pre-trial detention center in Moscow on made-up espionage charges. Distributing leaflets is a great way to disseminate information about our activities and involve new participants. Chicago rocks!
